Thank you to our excellent instructors, Marcy and Ivory, for their efforts in putting together the Dance Showcase. Thank you to Moira Biddlecombe for volunteering as MC. The talents of all the dancers were highlighted in this exciting performance!

With the ammonia-containing ice plant in operation, make sure you know what to do in case of evacuation! When the blue light is flashing and the alarm sounds, head to the main lobby and await further instructions.

Indoor Track

Open for walking and running during open building hours. Join our Walk To Challenge!

Come to our Wellness Walking program on Thursdays from 10-11:30. Socialize and be active with like-minded people.

The lights will be turned off in the walking track December 21 from 4-7pm for a movie in the pool.

Nowhere Lounge - Holiday Hours
